This is the 2nd chair we have recieved and the base is broken or cracked.The box was opened by myself & delivery man to ensure the quality of chair,however it was the same as the first chair we recieved. Where is China's QUALITY CONTROL?? This kind of product in my world of business would not have happened. Quality control at some level has to be fixed, China is the problem! It is a very upsetting and causing us a lot of inconvenience for us. The chair itself is nice, but in giving them to my inlaws it's embarrassing & time consuming! Office Depot has got to take control of the matter to keep their patrons!
